What You Will Do

- Profit & Loss Management: Ensure the achievement of business indicators for the Peru UEN by implementing effective strategies in product mix, portfolio management, pricing, and cost control.

- S&OP Leadership: Oversee the Baby Care portfolio's Sales and Operations Planning process, ensuring alignment of support functions with country needs and proactively addressing emergencies affecting objectives.

- Market Research & Strategy: Drive studies to understand consumer preferences and habits, informing product portfolio decisions. Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with regional strategies, focusing on maximizing local opportunities for Adult and Baby Care units.

- Brand Management: Maintain brand identity consistency across all communication channels, leading ATL media campaigns for Inco and Baby Care brands. Develop localized communication strategies based on local insights and manage brand equity indicators to strengthen market position.

- Market Analysis & Decision Making: Lead market and consumer studies to support decision-making processes, influencing reengineering and cost transformation initiatives for optimal portfolio performance.

- KPI Definition & Measurement: Define and measure KPIs for portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment across commercial and support functions.

- Campaign Development & Talent Management: Develop local campaign briefs, oversee PR campaigns, and nurture talent within the team through feedback, empowerment, and career development plans.

             

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in similar positions.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

• Advanced proficiency in the English language.
